Sometimes I love to read lesbian series romance story, and last week one of my close friends told me few things about this story and suggested me to read this book. I just followed her suggestion and this story really impressed me a lot and gave me new taste of reading. I didn’t able to put it down for a single moment until reach its last page because this story was fully loaded with various twist scenes, romance plots, ups and downs, suspense and I felt this so romantic honestly. I liked the character Fionnuala and other characters are also well developed. Overall, it was such a good & enjoyable read & story so far!Product details

Enjoyed the characters and the story. It was well-written and easy to read except for the spacing issues and many cases of missing letter "l 's".
Who doesn't love a good fairytale? I most certainly do and this author does not disappoint. I give this lovely tale 4 stars.
Short re-telling of the story of Lir's Children...with a twist! Ms. Hellenthal writes well and her style of writing enables one to feel like they are in ancient Ireland. The characters were equally well-done. Enjoyable read, though it was over all too soon.
I absolutely loved The Cursed. Everyone enjoys a little fairytale. I am no exception. This story has a little good, bad, and ugly in it. It even shows sacrifice for greater good. But, when all is said and done, the good...AND Love, win in the end. Beautifully written, Natasja.
Ms. Hellenthal has done it again! This story doesn't change folklore or history, it just makes it right. Another story to love by a tallented author.
As I read this short tale I realize what an amazing story this would make as a bedtime story, with a little editing of some more adult scenes. Our two main characters make for wonderful heroines as they struggle with their perils to find a way back to each other. Although he seemed very amoral, I felt a tad of sympathy for the king that never really learned what love was, even though you knew he cherished his late wife. A great little read I took pleasure in experiencing. This voluntary review is based against a KU copy that I borrowed.
A fascinating tale that kept me spellbound. The setting was very well described, it was easy to imagine ancient Ireland. A bit of adventure, fantasy, a touch of magic, Irish spells, myths, legends, passion and love. Put all this together plus the style of writing and you have an excellent story. I can definitely recommend this book to everyone.
